At AESS, the training regimen for our "CPC" (Customer/Public Contact) personnel starts
with certifications from the American Red Cross, the Bureau of Security and Investigative
services and the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
Additionally, our guards, agents and officers must pass an initial and ongoing drug
screening as well as a comprehensive physical agility test.
